Multi-seat function: how to add another team member

Step 1: Go to 'Organisation & Team'
Log in and click Organisation & Team from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Check Your Team Status
See current team members and available seats.
On the photo below you can see that this profile is the owner of the Backona AI account.
You can see the section Add Team Members below, where you will fill in the email of the person you want to invite.

Step 3: Add a New Member
Under Add Team Members, type the new user’s email into the input box and click Send Invitation.

Step 4: Click ‘Send Invitation’
Press the Send Invitation button.

Step 5: Await User Acceptance
You’ll see the new invite listed as Pending.
You can inform your invited user to open their mailbox and accept your invite.

Step 6: User Accepts the Invite
The invited user receives the email below.
Ask them to click Accept Invitation.
💡 Tip: Invitations expire in 2 days, remind your teammate to accept promptly!

Step 7: Sign in with Google
They’ll be directed to sign in or create an account using their Google account.
Make sure they log in with the Google account that has access to Google Analytics and/or Google Search Console data that you want to analyze as a team.
They should log in, choose the correct account and accept our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to continue.

Step 8: By now, your invited member should have been able to log into their Backona AI account
Once they accept, they will be able to log in and see the screen below for their google account.
You can see it's the invited member's account by the different icon in the top right corner.

Step 9: Account is Activated
Once they accept, their status changes to Active Member in your team list.
And you are good to go!
