1. Do I need a Google account to use Backona AI?
Yes. A Google account is required to access Google Analytics and Google Search Console data.
2. Can I use SSO or other login methods?
No. Only Google Sign-In is supported. Google Workspace accounts work if linked to Google.
3. I signed up with the wrong Google account. Can I switch?
Not directly. Contact support@backona.com to request a transfer.
4. Can I use a non-Google email to sign in?
No. You must use a Google account with access to your analytics data.
5. Why do I need to grant permissions during login?
Backona AI needs read-only access to fetch and analyze your Google data.

6. What data sources does Backona AI support?
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console. Google Ads is supported if linked to GA4.
7. Do I need all three tools connected?
No. At least one (GA4 or GSC) must be active. Without it, Backona AI wonât work.
8. What access level do I need for GA4?
At least Viewer access to the GA4 property.
9. What access level do I need for Search Console?
Any of the following: Verified owner, Delegated owner, Full user, or Restricted user.
10. I donât see any propertiesâwhatâs wrong?
You may be using the wrong Google account, havenât granted permissions, or your properties have no data.
11. How do I check if I have access?
Log in directly to Google Analytics or Search Console and verify visibility.
12. I donât have access to GA4 or GSC. What should I do?
Ask your admin to grant you access. Use this template:
"Hi [Name], please grant my Google account [your-email] Viewer access to GA4 and add me to Search Console for [your site]. Thanks!"

13. Can I use multiple Google accounts with one Backona AI account?
No. Each Backona AI account is tied to one Google login.
14. Can I add more users to my plan?
Yes, if you're on Tier 3 or higher. Go to Settings > Team to invite or reassign seats.
15. Can I reassign my seat to another user?
Yes. Delete the current seat and assign it to a different Google email.
16. Can I combine multiple AppSumo codes for one account?
No. Code stacking is not supported.

Connect your data, then start asking questions in natural language in the chat.
18. What kind of questions can I ask?
Try things like:

First ask for data, then request a format:
âTurn this into a bar chartâ or âShow as a pie chartâ
20. Can I download charts?
Yes. You can download them as PNG or SVG.
21. What should I do if the answers seem low quality?

22. How many messages can I send per month?
Depends on your tier:

23. When do my messages reset?
Every 30 days from activation. Youâll see your usage and reset date on the left sidebar.
24. What counts as a message?
Each user query counts as one message. AI responses donât count.
25. Can I add more messages if I run out?
Yes, by upgrading your plan. If none of the tiers meet your needs, contact us for a custom plan.
26. Will upgrading reset my message count or date?
No. Upgrading increases your limit but doesnât reset the 30-day cycle.

27. Can I use multiple AppSumo subscriptions for one account?
No. One AppSumo code per Google account.
28. Can I combine a lifetime deal with a monthly Stripe subscription?
No. You must choose one billing method.
29. What happens if I forget to activate my AppSumo deal?
Contact AppSumo support. Backona AI canât issue or recover codes.
30. Is there a time limit to redeem my AppSumo code?
Yes. You must redeem it within 60 days of purchase.
