Quick fixes to try right away

  Be specific about the metric, timeframe, or comparison you want.

  • ✅ "How did organic traffic change over the last 30 days compared to the previous period?"

• Reset the conversation
  Type reset to clear the current context and start fresh.

• Ask for clarification
  Follow up with: “What metrics and dimensions did you use for that answer?”
  This can help you understand where the result came from.

• Explore alternatives
  Ask Backona AI to try a different metric or dimension:
  “Can you answer that using sessions instead of users?”

 Check your setup

• Make sure your Google Analytics and Search Console are collecting data
  If your properties aren’t actively tracking, Backona AI won’t have anything to work with.

• Confirm your Google account access
  You need at least Viewer access to the connected GA4 or Search Console property.

• Use the right property in Settings
  Double-check that you’ve selected the correct account and property from the dropdown menus.
