I don’t have access to Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console. What should I do?

To use Backona AI, your Google account must have access to at least one data source—Google Analytics 4 or Google Search Console.

Required access level:

• For Google Analytics 4, you need at least Viewer access to the specific property you want to analyze.

• For Google Search Console, you must be added as a Verified owner, Delegated owner, Full user, or Restricted user.

How to request access

If you don’t currently have access, ask your website administrator or the property owner to add your Google account.

Here’s an email template you can use:

I’m using Backona AI to analyze website performance and need access to our data sources.

Could you please grant my Google account access to the following:

• Google Analytics 4: At least Viewer role for the [website name] property
