Why can't I see any accounts or properties in Backona AI?

If you don’t see any Google Analytics or Google Search Console properties listed after signing in, here are the most common reasons:

1. You’re signed in with the wrong Google account

Make sure you’re using the Google account that has access to the correct GA4 or Search Console properties.

2. You didn’t grant permissions

During sign-in, Backona AI requests access to your data. If you skipped or denied any permissions, we can’t display your properties.

Go to Settings and click Provide permissions to reconnect and approve access.

3. Your properties don’t have any data

If your GA4 or Search Console property is newly created or not collecting data, it may not show up.

4. Your Google account doesn’t have access

You need at least Viewer access for GA4 or be added as a user or owner in Search Console.
