Can I add more messages if I run out?

If you reach your monthly message limit, you have two options:

• Upgrade to a higher tier
  Each higher tier gives you more monthly messages and additional user seats. You can upgrade from your Settings at any time.

• Request a custom solution
  If you need more messages than your current tier allows, but don't see a suitable upgrade, you can open a support ticket. We’ll review your use case and explore custom options if available.
