The number of messages you can send each month depends on your AppSumo plan tier. Each time you send a question to Backona AI, it counts as one message. AI responses don’t count toward your limit.

💡 Your message count resets every 30 days from the date of activation. You can track usage and the next reset date in the sidebar on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
If you hit your monthly limit, you won’t be able to send new messages until your reset date—unless you upgrade to a higher tier.
